Better Feed The Cat
Irina Borisova. Old red cat.
This Finn saw her picture in our wedding catalogue. She was a 30-year-old Russian girl with an ordinary appearance. In the questionnaire, she wrote that she wanted to take care of someone and have kids.
He invited her to come to Finland, and she agreed. She came by the train, he met her at the station. In the course of the correspondence, she saw his pictures, and yet in reality, he seemed less and less, and his eyes were frightened, even though he smiled.
He was living in a small two-room apartment in a small town and working as a farmer. He asked her to settle in his bedroom, and he set himself up on the couch in the living room. Every night, he wanted her a good night and closed the door without trying to open the door or even knock it. Every morning, he went to work when it was dark, and she heard him moving carefully in the room, trying not to make noise, and quietly covering the door.
He was careful about everything, and she even thought he was trying not to show how much money he had in his wallet. He tried to open his wallet so that she wouldn't see his contents, and then she would take a look if he took his purse out of his pocket. In the evening, after he got back from work, they usually went shopping together, and he always said that everything was expensive in Finland and that you had to save.
He didn't say much. Sometimes she wonders why he even invited her. They went to the lake this weekend or went to town. She tried to talk, asked him about his personal, but he was evasive and desperately talking about her, she didn't know what he really was thinking.
She once felt that she saw a real feeling on his face: entering the store, confronted a dark woman with a strong view that she spoke to the cashier. When he saw her, the man was tense and tried to get past, hide his eyes. The woman looked at them very closely, and her eyes narrowed down, and her face smeared.
When they got out, the girl asked about her, the man, he got something, and she realized he didn't want her to keep asking.
